1. Direct-Drive Technology
JetAir is the first to incorporate DirectDrive™ Technology with high-speed motors eliminating belts, tensioning devices and complex spindle assemblies common in other high-speed blowers. Our innovative motors directly coupled with our modern impellers and aerodynamic volute housings (US & Int'l. Pat. Pend.) enable JetAir Technologies to offer super efficient, high performance blowers from 5HP[3kW] to 50HP[37kW] that use less power, have the longest MTBF, generate less heat, have variable control, require no belts or tensioner maintenance and are three times more compact than our competitors enabling them to fit into the widest range of OEM equipment.

2. Efficiency
JetAir's aerodynamic belt-free design and advanced impeller achieve industry leading 80% isentropic efficiency. A JET-2™ Blower is 20% more efficient than our competitors and in many cases, a JetAir 15hp/11kW JET-2™ outperforms a competitors' 20hp/15kW
blower!

3. Reliability
JetAir’s Direct-Drive Beltless Technology enhances reliability by eliminating unbalanced belt tension on system bearings - where most belt driven high-speed systems fail. In
additon, JetAir’s Direct-Drive design has over 30 fewer parts and incorporates heat and
electrical overload protection.

4. Smart
JET-2™s are controlled with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). The VFD enables JetAir
to “dial in” exact customer air-flow needs without having to change belts or bleed-off
air like belt drive systems. The VFD also has built-in motor protection, spike-free start
and “smart factory” PLC connectivity. And, because we use VFD’s our customers do not
have to purchase starters.
