The Premier™ is a complete blow-off solution for moderate to high-speed lines. Premiers™s are used for applications where performance and tight line space are critical.

• Construction Material Options: Washdown SS 304 or 316. Complete interior access for easy installation and cleaning.

• Configurations: Line Lengths 36"[915], 72"[1,830M] or 108"[2,760M]; W: 1"[25mm] - 8"[400mm]; H: 36"[915mm] - 60"[1,525M]; Blower(s) located under conveyor.

• Spray Containment, Drain and Drop-Pan (safe access)

• Noise Reduction: 82-84 dBA 

• Self-Support Air Components (see Air Knives) includes JetSet™ Changeover System (fast rail-air knife adjustment).

• Filtration: Integrated filters and filter gages.

• Controls: Integrated Blower and Electric Panel; Digital-Analog i/o, Comm. Card or Operator Control; Cat. 2 Safety; Line or labeler integration with run-surge-idle speeds for high efficiency.
