Filtration is critical to performance, longevity, and enforcing the warranty on JetAir Industrial Blower Systems. The following are general guidelines for standard polyester canister filter replacements in various commercial environments. Request a JetAir sales engineer for specific guidelines for your application.

Extended Warranty
At the time of sale JetAir offers a one-year extended warranty that provides for shipment within 24 hours of a new or reconditioned Blower or AC Drive. Return of the failed unit falls under the Claims Process guidelines outlined above.

JetAir Technologies understands that good service means being responsive. We know how crucial it is for our customers to have their equipment running efficiently at all times. JetAir Technologies’ customer support policy includes establishing engineering support centers, local to your area, that can respond and be on-site quickly to resolve your problem immediately and competently.
Motors for Hazardous Locations
JetAir Technologies will not be responsible for determining suitability or for developing or certifying specifications, design, or construction of a motor blower assembly for installation in hazardous or explosive atmospheres. It is the customer’s responsibility to certify and advise the proper NEMA motor enclosure requirements. Should the customer desire to use standard TEFC motors as a substitute for explosion-proof motors, the customer must certify the application to be in accordance with local, state, and/or federal codes relating to the use of motors in a hazardous location.
Terms and Conditions
JetAir Technologies shall not be liable for any other damages, whether direct or indirect, economic commercial, incidental or consequential, resulting from use of any JetAir product. Further, there are no expressed or implied warranties which extend beyond the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the equipment and / or its parts and components.
Any modification, alteration, adjustment, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, abuse or other adaptation shall immediately void this warranty. The blower shall be removed from service immediately and returned to JetAir’s Service Department for inspection and evaluation.
There are no warranties, express or implied by either distributor, manufacturers’ representative or manufacturer on new JetAir equipment except the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in material and workmanship set forth above. Further JetAir Technologies will not be responsible for determining suitability or for developing or certifying specifications, design, or construction of a motor blower assembly for installation in a hazardous, explosive location.
JetAir Technologies’ warranty covers repairs or replacement of blowers only, and will not cover labor for removal, installation, accessories or other items not considered an integral blower part. Product returned for failures determined to be caused by abuse, misuse, or repeat offense will be subject to an evaluation fee of $250. Maximum liability will in no case exceed the value of the product purchased. Shipping and freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser; JetAir Technologies will not accept shipments freight-collect, unless prior written authorization is provided by JetAir Technologies. Damage resulting from mishandling during shipment is not covered by JetAir Technologies’ warranty. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to file claims with their carrier. |
